Pertussis Prevention Night at AT&T Park

Monday, August 23 5:30 p.m.

Event & SFIC fundraiser includes dinner at the ballpark, a game (Giants vs. Reds), raffle and auction items, free Tdap vaccine and activities around preventing pertussis. The event is open to the public.

Tickets are $45 (Early Bird) for Adults. $45 for government or nonprofit employees. $35 for Children. Price includes tax.

All proceeds go to the SF Immunization Coalition and are tax deductible.

The Coalition is sponsoring a raffle. Winners will be chosen on August 23 at the event above but YOU DO NOT have to be at the event to purchase and win prizes.
